A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle the nose shows hints of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers which lead to a tangy fresh & fruity taste in the mouth. Aged on its lees to develop a bold wine with ageing potential, this is a well-balanced, crisp white wine which is best served with white meats, seafood and salads.

This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc produces a medium-bodied wine, dark red in colour with purple glints and red fruit aromas. On the palate, it is rounded, revealing good structure and silky, elegant tannins with a pleasant concentration of flavour. A very good drinking Claret
Chateau Gachon Montagne St Emilion 2016
A blend of Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), this wine is a deep ruby colour with a soft nose of cherry, cassis, and spice. The palate it is well balanced with a solid tannic structure and ripe fruits such as plums and red berries, well-integrated. Oak ageing adds structure and spice. Ideal with steak tartare, roast veal and game, along with mature cheeses.
Bordeaux Superieur Ch. d`Argadens 2014
A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%) and Merlot (55%), with aromas of cassis followed by hints of chocolate, spice and elegant oaky notes. Plummy fruit flavours and a creamy smooth finish are balanced by fresh and fine grained tannins. Perfect accompaniment to beef stews, cottage pie, roast pheasant and other game, as well as mature cheeses.
Medoc Cru Bourgeois Ch. Cabans 2014
This Cru Bourgeois Chateau is located on gravel and flint soils overlooking the Gironde River at its northern most point. It is a modern Bordeaux blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes. The fruit is soft, ripe and appealing, balanced by supple, ripe tannins. Blackcurrant, cherry and chocolate flavours lift the palate, the finish is warming with dried fruits. Try with lamb stew, rare roast beef, duck pates and mature cheeses.
